A native of Carmel, Indiana, Jim Goad is a graduate of Xavier University. With a background in marketing and sales, Jim worked in his family’s businesses, Indy RC Sales and ISC International in marketing capacities. In 1998, Horizon Hobby, an $84 million dollar company, purchased Indy RC and ISC International. Jim remained with Horizon as their marketing and web content manager for the following two years. In 2000, he left Horizon to join ADESA Corporation as manager of marketing. In his position, he was responsible for managing the company’s advertising, marketing, public relations and special events strategies. In January of 2003 Jim opened Complete Presence, Inc. a full services marketing firm. Complete Presence specializes in Web site design and advertising for Realtors. Jim Goad, CEO of Complete Presence became a Realtor in 2003 as a result of issues surrounding service and integrity during the sale of his property.
